To run the finder, you need BOTH: an active subscription plan (gives license access) AND a positive token balance. If either of these expires or reaches 0, the scanner will halt automatically to prevent missed opportunities.
Tokens are ONLY deducted for successful secures. If a listing is taken by someone else, has expired, or fails, 0 tokens are deducted. You only pay for results.
No. Our authentication implements strict Device Binding. Your active license key binds to the first device ID you log in with. To switch devices, you must contact admin support to reset your device binding.
